What's Superior Custom Linens Return Policy?
All of our linen merchants are made to order, not massive produced by factory, therefore, each item is unique, no two are exactly the same. They are custom made just for you, therefore, we generally cannot accept returns/exchange.
Below are a few exceptions:
We accept returns/exchange within 5 days of the receipt of the goods ONLY if the item you ordered are the wrong size or color by which we made the mistake. If workmanship defect is discovered, please notify us immediately.
What's Superior Custom Linens Payment Policy?
Our payment methods include Credit Card, PayPal. Payment is due at the checkout. Item will be made and shipped out within 3-4 weeks upon receiving full payment.
